Amenities at the Sunbird
include BBQ grills, three pools (one heated), game room,
lighted tennis courts, laundry facilities, beautiful tropical
landscaping and large sunning decks, and outdoor showers. Walk
from the beach to Pineapple Willy's, known for their great
ribs, specialty drinks and sports bar.
Chairs, umbrellas, wave runners, parasailing, volleyball and
dolphin tours available on beach. |

No smoking, no pets, and
primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and stay the entire
period.

$200 refundable security deposit
 Add 10% FL tax to rate, plus one time fee of $40 for cleaning and

We have reasonable monthly rate for Snowbirds, November through
Mid-March!
